Born from outreach to people who couldn't afford conventional care, we pair mindfulness-based skills with the right local resources — so you can take the next honest step today.

Recover Wholeness began as an outreach for people facing substance use disorder who couldn't afford conventional care — many of them court-ordered to complete weekly group hours.
We offered those groups, and we connected people who wanted one-on-one work with licensed therapists, at no cost. Today, this site carries that same mission forward: equip you with mindfulness-based tools, point you to the right local resources, and walk with you as you reclaim a whole life.
